The price includes the set up and styling of your bell tents, the pack down, cleaning and linen washing at the end of your stay.

We can also manage guests bookings for you! Speak to us about our customised booking pages.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY

If you require us to set up or pack down on a public holiday there will be an additional public holiday surcharge added to your booking.

FAQ’S

Do you have a minimum number of tents to be hired? No, but we do have a minimum spend depending on location.

Does your price include delivery? Delivery fee’s are not included in the prices and may occur depending on location.

Do prices include set up and pack down? Yes

When do you set up? Our set up and pack down days vary depending on the venue requirements and our operation schedule. Our operations team will be in contact with you 7 days prior to your booking to confirm set up and pack down times. Please note that for weddings we will not set up on the day of your wedding, it will always be at least one day before.

What surfaces can you set up on? The ground must be penetrable, flat level grass is desirable, however we can set up on ground that is on a slight incline or decline.

We cannot set up on the following; Tennis courts, concrete and all non penetrable surfaces.

Can you guarantee a minimum number of tents for our wedding? To secure a minimum amount of tents you will need to book and pay for these upfront.

Can our guests book directly with TG?

Yes we can set up a specific booking link for your wedding for guests to book and pay directly. Please note unless you have opted to pre-book and pay for the tents upfront, the tents are available on a first come first served basis. We cannot guarantee that tents will be available. We can only accept bookings up to 7 days before your event as the booking link will be closed 7 days prior the event date.

How will our guests know which tent they are staying in?

Once the operations team has set up the tents, a spreadsheet will be emailed to the nominated booking contact (Bride, Groom, wedding planning or other). Each tent is numbered by Twilight Glamping and the spreadsheet will include the tent number and allocated guest.

Once this list has been provided to the nominated contact, it is the responsibility of the nominated contact to ensure guests check in to the correct tents. TG will not be held responsible for any check in issues. A concierge service is available for an additional cost.

Can I make changes to my booking once I have paid? Changes can be made up to 7 days prior to your event (within the parameters of the hire T&C’s). All changes must be requested via email to your Account Manager. Please note additional admin and delivery charges may apply if there is a change to your order.

Do you provide toilets and showers? We do not provide amenities, we recommend contacting Paddock Dreams for glamping toilets and showers.

Do we need power? Each tent has a battery powered lantern so power is not required.

Can we get discount for more tents? We are unable to offer a discount for larger bookings, we consider our prices to be competitive and fairly priced based on the excellent quality of our service and equipment.

Can we book for 1 night only? We are happy to accommodate 1 night bookings but the price will remain the same as it is for 2 nights due to the work, cleaning and labour involved in setting up and packing up

BOOKING INFORMATION

We have two booking options for you to consider.

Option 1: If you would like to guarantee a total number tents you can book and pay for them directly with us. If you select this option, we require a 20% deposit to secure your booking and the remaining balance is due 28 days prior to the event.

Option 2: We can set up a booking link for your guests to book and pay with us directly and the additional delivery fee would be sent as an invoice directly to you.  

Option 2 does not guarantee you a certain number of tents, although on the plus side this takes the pressure off having to arrange the bedding configurations and dealing with your guests requests directly.

We require the following amount of flat, level, penetrable ground for each bell tent:

4m Bell Tent requires 6x6m space

5m Bell Tent requires 7x7m space

6m Bell Tent requires 6x8m space

7m Bell Tent requires 9x9m space

We require clear vehicle access for a small truck to enter the site, any underground works, such as water lines / sewerage, they need to be clearly marked out with tape / spray paint by the client so these areas can be avoided. The ground needs to be cleared of rocks, branches and debris before we arrive to set up.

Prices do not include delivery or public holiday surcharge. Minimum spend may apply depending on location.
