We first met Caitlin and Damien over a coffee in Jan Juc where we chatted all things festival wedding! They was one the most relaxed bride and groom’s we had had the pleasure of working with and we immediately felt like we had know them for a long time! We felt very excited about being part of their special day.. or rather their ‘Big Day Out’. Being Big festival lovers and inspired by their favourite festival, they called their celebration ‘Caitlin and Damien’s Big Day Out’.
Caitlin and Damien’s Big Day Out took each and every guest into a festival adventure! Taking place on a Damien’s parents private property in Jan Juc, each guest had a ticket and was given a wrist band upon entry. At the entrance, you could see the glamping village down in the paddock, rows of beige canvas bell tents, lit up with festoon lighting, ready and waiting for their guests to check in.
The Sperry Tent Marquee stood tall at the top of the paddock surrounded by food stalls, rustic pallet furniture and a festival style merchandise stand with customised stubby holders, t-shirts and CD’S. They even had a dressing room in one of our 5m bell tents where the guests could go and freshen up. It had mirrors, straighteners, hair dryers deodorant, mints, tweezers, tampons, toothpaste and even a charging station for your phone!
The guests enjoyed an array of delicious food from a choice of three food stations which included Spanish Paella, Asian Hawkers, Greek Souvalakis. After lining their stomaches and I think its safe to say the guests partied into the night, true festival style!
Thanks so much for letting us be part of your day Caitlin and Damien, you were a pleasure to work with an we wish you a lifetime of happiness! #caseclosed2017

What they said about us:
‘The team at Twilight Glamping worked tirelessly with us to create a bespoke Wedding Package which included a Glamping Village for 64 of our wedding guests. They made the process so easy for us and our Guests cannot stop raving about the wonderful experience that they were able to enjoy as their accommodation for our Festival themed wedding. They took care of everything, including taking guests bookings and organising payments, to setting up, styling and packing down. Beth and Lee and the rest of the team were an absolutely dream to work with, as they were so accommodating and they just continued to go above and beyond every step of the way! They were a huge part in making our dream festival wedding a reality and we really cannot thank them enough. We highly recommend them, they will not let you down and neither will their amazing Bell Tents and beautiful styling!
